Pasta Toscana and Fabianelli pasta company took shape in 1860 in the beautiful Valdichiana in Tuscany region, the heart of Italy. The path to Pasta Toscana excellence begins with careful selection of different varieties of the best Italian durum wheat from a qualified supply chain of Tuscan farmers and grinded into semolina in Tuscany to guarantee Pasta Toscana the maximum standard in quality and expertly processed in our factory in Castiglion Fiorentino. Bronze drawn and dried at gentle temperatures to maintain a unique fragrance and a rough and porous texture. This process culminates with bronze drawing at low temperatures so that the nutritional properties of the wheat remain intact and give our pasta the right perfume, texture, taste and roughness a real joy for the palate.

A new line of organic whole wheat pasta with added natural Omega 3 to have a perfect synthesis of taste and health: this is a pasta made with high quality durum wheat semolina and pure water with the addition of vegetable origin Omega 3 from ground flax seed flour (Ala Omega 3). The ideal food for those who make of their own and of others’ well-being a way of living. Contains a high quantity of fibers, which contribute to increase the sense of satiety and consequently to encourage the control of body weight, and also contains vitamins and minerals that help to feel good and keep in shape. Omega 3 - polyunsaturated fatty acids that our body cannot synthesize by itself and must be therefore taken with a healthy diet – have also a preventive action against cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.

Traceability of the products is guaranteed from the field to the table. By scanning the QR code on the back of the pack with smartphone you can find out where durum wheat has been cultivated to know the real Italian origin of the wheat used to produced Pasta Toscana: a pasta made in Tuscany!
