• Sales are on a direct basis and products delivered are non-returnable.
• Shall any product complaint, breakage or shortage arise, it must be made to our company in writing or phone call immediately once the goods are received by customers. No complaints will be entertained afterward.
Self-pickup arrangements
• Orders must be picked up from Pinewood Store within 30 days after order confirmation.
• Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm;
and Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (except Sunday and public holidays).
• Pick up Location: Unit 808, Heng Ngai Jewelry Centre, 4 Hok Yuen Street East, Hung Hom, Hong Kong
• If the confirmed order is not picked up within 30 days, the order will be canceled and no refund.
